It’s that time of the week against when we scour the waiver wire for the top IDP prospects for fantasy football purposes. With six weeks of stats and data in the record books hunches are becoming trends, I’m here to help you bolster your roster with some premium pickups for Week 7.
Defensive linemen
Randy Gregory, Dallas Cowboys
The troubled defender has been a threat off the edge over the last two weeks, charting a sack, three hits, and three hurries. While his snap count varied — 40 snaps in Week 5, but only 17 snaps in Week 6 — Gregory offers a pass-rushing ability few other waiver targets can.
Jabaal Sheard, Indianapolis Colts
While he hasn’t set stat lines alight in Indy, Sheard has been a consistent producer, and that can’t be overlooked as we hit the midpoint of the fantasy regular season. With 20 total tackles and three sacks through six games, Sheard represents an upside DL3 play in any given week.
