It’s that time of the week against when we scour the waiver wire for the top IDP prospects. We’re heading into Week 11 and closing in on the fantasy playoffs so it’s time to make these pickups count.
Defensive linemen
Carl Nassib, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
With four sacks in the last five games, Nassib is having a career year now that he’s slipped the net in Cleveland. Drafted 65th overall in 2016, it was a surprise to see him shown the door so quickly by the Browns, but he’s thriving in Tampa Bay. He’s yet to register more than three tackles in a game though, so he is a sack-dependant play.
Markus Golden, Arizona Cardinals
A knee injury has meant Golden has only suited up for six games so far this season, but since Week 6 he has scored like a top-end DL2. Notable highlights during this four-game stretch (Cardinals has a Week 9 bye) include 1.5 sacks, four tackles for a loss, and an impressive seven total tackle performance in Week 8.
