MOVING UP
24. RB ALVIN KAMARA, NEW ORLEANS SAINTS
Kamara could face a suspension from the NFL, which moves him down the board. However, Drew Davenport put together a great thread on Kamara, and that potential suspension may not happen in 2022. If the suspension is lifted, he moves up to RB6 — making the veteran back a potential bargain.
Still, I am not forcing it over other players with potential full-time roles like Saquon Barkley in Round 2. The 27-year-old back currently goes 22 in FFPC and Underdog drafts.
48. WR MICHAEL THOMAS, NEW ORLEANS SAINTS
Thomas is practicing, and his ADP is on the rise. We have seen him demand targets at outlandish rates in the pas,t and while the Saints have an improved depth chart, Thomas could still be the clear-cut No. 1.
He moves up a whopping 26 spots in the top 150 and is a priority target in Round 6 of fantasy drafts.
49. WR CHRIS GODWIN, TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS
Godwin averaged 17.6 fantasy points per game but tore his ACL in Week 15 last year. He would be ranked inside the top 12 if fully healthy. He climbs up the ranks 24 spots thanks to avoiding the PUP and participating in practice. Despite these developments, we shouldn’t expect a 100% version of Godwin early in the season. However, his ADP is reasonable at pick 59 in FFPC drafts.
