Remember, just because you drafted Player “X” in Round 4 versus Player “Y” in Round 7 doesn’t mean the higher drafted player starts because drafting players is based on their season-long outlooks — not just their Week 1 matchup. So remain fluid and evaluate your team solely based on Week 1, as it will give you the best chance to start the season with a 1-0 record.

Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens
In this world, nothing can be certain but death, taxes and Jackson dominating during kickoff weekend. The Ravens quarterback has averaged over 30 points per game in his first game over the past two seasons, and he’s primed to continue his high-end fantasy production streak against the Las Vegas Raiders on Monday Night Football.
The Raiders finished 29th in PFF coverage grade over the past two seasons and enter 2021 with PFF’s 29th-ranked secondary.
Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles
Hurts could not ask for a better matchup to open the season, as the Atlanta Falcons own PFF’s 32nd-ranked secondary, which sets the stage for the second-year quarterback to hit the ground running.
Without seeing much preseason action, it’s hard to project how the new Eagles offense will look under Nick Sirianni, but one concept is for certain — Philadelphia is going to play fast, which will help Hurts rack up fantasy points. During the preseason, the Eagles’ average play clock time remaining (12.8 seconds) ranked first.
This QB was a top-8 #FantasyFootball option with just RUSHING alone.
