Here are some players likely to have been passed over on draft day who are worth a second look.

Defensive linemen

Carl Lawson, Cincinnati Bengals

Heading into his second year as a pro, Lawson really stepped up in the preseason, notching up an impressive four sacks, three hits, and two hurries from 48 pass-rushing snaps. Current depth charts don’t list him as the starter opposite Carlos Dunlap, but he’s moving in the direction to make it his role sooner rather than later.
