FAAB bidding strategies ahead of NFL Week 14: T.Y. Hilton's resurgence

Free-agent acquisition budget (FAAB) leagues level the playing field for nabbing fantasy free agents after each week of the NFL season. They also allow fantasy managers to employ a great deal more strategy when acquiring players because each team has a limited number of dollars to work with.

All players in this article will be rostered in less than half of Yahoo leagues unless otherwise noted. Here is how you should be allocating your FAAB heading into Week 14.

WR Keke Coutee, Houston Texans

Suggested FAAB Spend: 35-40%

With Will Fuller V suspended, Kenny Stills released and Randall Cobb on injured reserve, the Texans were down to Coutee and Brandin Cooks as their starting receivers in Week 13. Cooks was also sidelined briefly Sunday while undergoing a concussion evaluation. All of this led to Coutee seeing nine targets, which he converted into eight catches for 141 yards.
