- In 2016, Asiata graded as the 47th-best running back in pass protection at 54.3. His pass-blocking efficiency ranked 49th out of 62 eligible running backs. He surrendered 9 total pressures on 73 pass-block snaps.
- Asiata, considered a short yardage back, ranked 29th out of 53 RBs (min. 83 carries) in short-yardage success rate at 57 percent.
