- After spending most of the 2016 season on IR with a torn ACL, Danny Woodhead is back on the field and participating in the Baltimore Ravens’ OTAs with “no restrictions,” according to the team’s official website.
- Woodhead has now missed the bulk of two of the past three seasons due to injury, also landing on IR in 2014 due to an ankle injury that required surgery to repair.
- The last time Woodhead was on the field for a full season, in 2015, he was still one of the league’s best pass catchers out of the backfield. His 1.91 yards per route run that year ranked eighth among 66 running backs with at least 100 routes run.
