This offseason, a specialist revealed that one of Watson's hamstrings was 20% weaker than the other. The Packers receiver has been addressing that offseason and has said he feels “really, really good.” For now, there is reason for optimism, but we’ll learn more throughout training camp.

Romeo Doubs caught 10 passes for 234 yards and a touchdown over two playoff performances, and Jordan Love believes Dontayvion Wicks will have “a monster year this year.” Unless Watson exceeds his rookie performance or either Doubs or Wicks suffers an injury, it is likely that Watson will only run a route on 70-75% of the Packers' passing plays this season.

Watson is a high-risk, high-reward option. If he stays healthy and improves from his rookie season, he could be a top-10 receiver. Hamstring injuries could also doom his career. Unfortunately, the most likely outcome is that he can stay healthy and is a good receiver. However, he is mixed in with a lot of other good receivers, so his targets could be inconsistent from one week to the next, making it unclear which weeks you should start Watson and which you shouldn’t.
