Recapping the quarterback streaming options featured in Week 3, Ryan Tannehill and Matt Ryan proved start-worthy, while Joe Flacco did not.

Week 3 Fantasy Points Fantasy Rank PFF Passing Grade
Joe Flacco 14 19th 9th
Ryan Tannehill 23 6th 13th
Matt Ryan 20 10th 17th

Notes: Joe Flacco’s adjusted completion percentage (77.5) was sixth-best in the league on Sunday as he graded in our top 10 among quarterbacks. Still, a rushing touchdown and a comeback victory were not enough to salvage the day for Flacco’s fantasy owners as he finished with zero passing TDs and two interceptions… Ryan Tannehill completed 25-of-34 aimed throws en route to 319 yards with three touchdowns and a pair of picks. He did have a few turnovers, which is reflected in his PFF passing grade, but the Adam Gase effect is starting to take shape as Tannehill has thrown for 700-plus yards with five TDs over the last two weeks… Matt Ryan produced a fine fantasy line in engineering five touchdown drives against the Saints’ beleaguered defense Monday, although with Tevin Coleman vulturing three of those TDs on the ground, some meat was left on the bone.

Below are the most attractive options for QB streaming in Week 4, listed by ownership and start percentages from ESPN leagues as well as Week 4 FanDuel salary.

Week 4

Kirk Cousins (WAS vs. CLE) – 71.8 percent owned/18.8 percent started/$7,600

Cousins appears to be now hitting his stride after a slow start to the season, as he has improved his QB rating and yards per attempt each week. In Week 3, Cousins led a comeback win over the Giants behind a couple of long touchdowns to DeSean Jackson and Jamison Crowder, finally cracking the top-10 fantasy QBs for the week.

In fact, Cousins was 3-of-5 on passes that traveled more than 20 yards in the air, as his 60.0 completion percentage on deep throws trailed only Russell Wilson for the week. Somewhat lost in Cousins’ lackluster number of touchdowns is the fact that through Sunday, his 989 passing yards were tops among all QBs.

On tap for Washington in Week 4 is a Cleveland defense that has given up the seventh-most yards through the air along with multiple passing TDs in each game.
