S DeAngelo Hall could be on the roster bubble

  • According to John Keim of ESPN, Washington Redskins veteran DeAngelo Hall is among the veterans who could find themselves on the roster bubble heading into training camp. Hall has missed 31 of the last 48 regular season games through injury and will come with a base salary of $2.3 million in 2017.
  • Hall made the full-time switch to safety in 2015, but over the past two years has played just 443 snaps, notching one pass breakup, but also surrendering two touchdowns when he was in primary coverage.
  • In his limited snaps at safety he has notched overall PFF grades of 70.7 and 70.8 respectively, which is hovering around a league average level, but a marked improvement on his final season playing cornerback (41.6).DHall
