- Josh Norman allowed zero receptions and was targeted just once in the Washington Reskins 33-19 loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. It was Norman’s first action since suffering a rib fracture in a Week 4 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.
- Norman posted a game grade of 80.8, his best of the season so far, while also extending his impressive run against wide receiver Dez Bryant. The two have now met on four occasions, with Norman holding Bryant to just four receptions for 27 yards on 13 targets in his coverage.
- Norman has been stingy in coverage this year, allowing one reception every 24 snaps in coverage, which ranks fourth amongst qualifying cornerbacks. He has been targeted just 16 times on the season and has allowed a passer rating of 56.5 to opposing quarterbacks.
