- Oakland Raiders rookie cornerback Gareon Conley did not practice with the team on Wednesday and was limited Thursday. Conley has been dealing with a shin injury he suffered during the offseason.
- Conley has played 92 snaps this season and allowed only 0.63 yards per cover snap, which is 16th of 105 among cornerbacks that have logged 40-plus snaps in coverage. He is ranked 30th at cornerback this year with a 79.6 PFF grade.
- The Raiders secondary could use a healthy Conley, as the unit has been inconsistent so far this season. In Week 3 cornerback Sean Smith played only three snaps in coverage and allowed two receptions for 44 yards and one touchdown.
