- Quarterback Blake Bortles had his best game of not only the season but perhaps his career on Sunday. The Bortles-led Jacksonville Jaguars cruised by the Indianapolis Colts, and Bortles came away with a game grade of 88.9. With just Monday Night Football left to play this week, Bortles' Week 13 game grade stands as the top mark for any quarterback.
- Taking full advantage of a maligned Colts defense, Bortles was on fire yesterday. Under pressure he produced a passer rating of 115.8, tossing two touchdowns on his 13 pressured drop backs. He also added a first down run after being pressured on a drop back late in the third quarter.
- Bortles was fairly accurate all day, producing an adjusted completion percentage of 81.8. He also contributed three big time throws, two of which were conversions on third and long situations.
- After a disappointing 2016 season in which he was one of the lowest graded starting quarterbacks, Bortles has put together a nice bounce back campaign. On the season he ranks 20th among quarterbacks with an overall grade of 78.4.
