  • The Dallas Cowboys have placed CB Leon McFadden on injured reserve, ending his season before it has even begun. McFadden is on his sixth NFL team in just five years after being drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the third round of the 2013 draft.
  • McFadden has played just 387 regular season NFL snaps, 247 of which came in his rookie season back in 2013. He got on the field twice for the Cowboys last season on defense, in Weeks 10 and 17. That final week was his best game as a pro, with 39 snaps, six targets but allowing just three catches for 24 yards.
  • This preseason he played in three games, allowing three catches on four targets for 34 yards with just one yard coming after the catch.
