- Nearly 11 months after dislocating his left knee and tearing his ACL, Minnesota Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater has taken another step in his recovery. The fourth-year pro posted pictures of himself working out without a knee brace on Instragram Wednesday.
- Bridgewater’s injury came on the heels of a 2015 campaign in which he registered a 79.3 adjusted completion percentage, which was the best rate among qualified quarterbacks.
- He was also second in the league with a 72.8 adjusted completion percentage when throwing under pressure, despite being under fire on a league-high 46.9% of his dropbacks. His 45 throwaways were the most in the NFL.
- Bridgewater posted a 103.4 passer rating when throwing in 2.5 seconds or less. His rating dipped to 74.6 when he held the ball for 2.6 seconds or more.
