Saying former Miami (Fla.) wide receiver Phillip Dorsett has underwhelmed in the NFL would be an understatement. The 2015 first-rounder has earned sub-70.0 overall grades in all four years of his career, his highest coming with Tom Brady and the New England Patriots in 2018.
Pro Football Focus will be running through 50-plus pending/soon-to-be free agents between January 7, 2019 and March 8, 2019 to offer a detailed analysis of the top players bound for new contracts and (possibly) new teams in 2019. We want to house all of the important grades, advanced stats and key analysis for each player, so you know exactly what your team is getting in free agency.

Dorsett is in need of a change of scenery; he's had that and failed to exceed expectations. At just 26 years old, he has great speed and can still develop into a viable receiving threat if he can find a way to improve his current skill set and tap into the potential that had Indianapolis pull the trigger on him at the top-end of the 2015 NFL Draft.
