NFL Week 6 Game Recap: Washington Commanders 24, Atlanta Falcons 16

In a game that came down to the wire, the Washington Commanders secured a 24-16 road win over the Atlanta Falcons. The win brings the Commanders’ record to 3-3, while the Falcons drop to 3-3.

Offensive spotlight: Commanders quarterback Sam Howell deserves the credit for this game. The Washington quarterback finished the day 14-for-23 with 151 passing yards, three passing touchdowns and no interceptions.

Defensive Spotlight: We’re giving the defensive spotlight to the Falcons' entire defensive line. Calais Campbell, Bud Dupree, Grady Jarrett and Arnold Ebiketie each got at least one sack, with Dupree and Ebiketie recording a sack and a half each.

Rookie spotlight: Falcons rookie running back Bijan Robinson was used quite a bit as both a runner and receiver. He finished the game with five catches on eight targets for 43 receiving yards and 37 rushing yards on 13 carries.
