NFL Week 6 Game Recap: Dallas Cowboys 20, Los Angeles Chargers 17

It certainly wasn't the most exciting offensive performance of the year, but the Dallas Cowboys still did just enough to overpower the Los Angeles Chargers, beating them 20-17 to wrap up Week 6.

The result takes Dallas to 4-2, while the Chargers sink to 2-3.

Offensive spotlight: Dak Prescott was the best quarterback on the field tonight, and it wasn't particularly close. The Cowboys signal-caller went 21-of-30 for 272 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions, and three of his incompletions were because of drops by his receivers.

Prescott recorded three big-time throws and no turnover-worthy plays, and he racked up 114 yards on passes thrown 10 or more yards downfield. He finished this one with an 85.0-plus overall grade on first review.

Defensive spotlight: Cowboys linebacker Markquese Bell stepped up big in the middle of the Dallas defense tonight, ending the game with seven total tackles and five defensive stops. He was targeted five times in coverage, and while he allowed four catches for 36 yards, only one of those catches moved the chains.

Rookie spotlight: Chargers edge rusher Tuli Tuipulotu made his presence felt, recording two tackles and one defensive stop against the Cowboys rushing attack. He added three QB pressures as a pass-rusher to cap off a solid game for the 2023 second-rounder.
