DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: EDGE BRADLEY CHUBB, MIAMI DOLPHINS
Chubb was a menace from the first whistle, recording four sacks and two forced fumbles in the Dolphins’ shutout win over the New York Jets. From 27 pass-rushing snaps, he finished the game with seven total pressures.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK: RONNIE HICKMAN JR., CLEVELAND BROWNS
Hickman played 68 snaps on defense, and the undrafted free agent impressed for the second week in a row. He allowed just a single reception for one yard on throws into his primary coverage and notched a pass breakup and two tackles resulting in a defensive stop.
OFFENSIVE LINE OF THE WEEK: DETROIT LIONS
All five of the Lions' starting offensive linemen earned PFF pass-blocking grades of 65.0 or higher, and Penei Sewell posted an 88.9 PFF run-blocking grade.
