NFL Week 15 Game Recap: Cincinnati Bengals 27, Minnesota Vikings 24

After a two-touchdown comeback, the Cincinnati Bengals completed the job in overtime and beat the Minnesota Vikings, 27-24, in Week 15.

Offensive spotlight: Quarterback Jake Browning had another big day, and he did so against a consistently aggressive and difficult opposing defense. He ended the game throwing for more than 300 yards at 7.7 yards per attempt, and despite being sacked five times, the two biggest plays of the game from the Bengals were passes thrown while under pressure.

Defensive spotlight: Minnesota’s Danielle Hunter was a constant problem for the Bengals in this game, notching multiple sacks and leading the Vikings in total pressures, pending review. Most of his pressures were not clean, decisive wins, but hustle plays as part of a team defensive effort that put Browning under pressure far more than in previous games.

Rookie spotlight: Vikings receiver Jordan Addison had a big game despite Justin Jefferson‘s healthy return. Addison caught all six of the passes thrown his way for 111 yards and two touchdowns, including picking one up off his laces and finishing the job with some yards after the catch.
