Offense
QB Ryan Tannehill, Tennessee Titans
Top-five quarterback Ryan Tannehill? Since he took over as the starter in Week 7, that’s been the case. His emergence has the Titans' brass now talking extension, and not even we here at PFF could have predicted that coming. This past week he carved up the Raiders' defense to the tune of 391 yards, completing 21-of-27 attempts with three scores and a pick that came on a batted pass. His three big-time throws were the second-most among quarterbacks this week.
RB Aaron Jones, Green Bay Packers
With a particularly off performance from Aaron Rodgers, Jones was the catalyst in the Packers' win over the Redskins. He racked up 134 yards on 16 carries, with 87 of those coming after contact. He also hauled in six catches for 58 yards, including an impressive go-route to convert a third down.
WR A.J. Brown, Tennessee Titans
Brown has flourished late in the season along with Tannehill, and he hauled in a couple of scores in spectacular fashion in Week 14. The first was a 90-plus yarder on a deep post where Brown had acres of separation. The next was a third-and-long in the red zone where Brown’s elite after-the-catch ability came in handy.

WR Darius Slayton, New York Giants
Eli Manning‘s return rejuvenated Slayton's strong rookie season. He hit a filthy spin move off a slant for his first score and then simply cruised past two Eagles defenders for his second. When all was said and done, the rookie had hauled in five passes for 154 yards.
TE Noah Fant, Denver Broncos
Give Fant room to work and look out. He caught all four of his targets against the Texans, including both of his contested opportunities. His early score on a post route was probably the most impressive play he’s made all season in terms of projecting forward. He demolished the defender at the line of scrimmage and adjusted back to the football through contact.
The rookie connection!

Flex O Tyler Higbee, Los Angeles Rams
Higbee was a weapon in the Rams' play-action game on Sunday night. His 116 yards were tops among all tight ends this week, as he moved the chains on four of his seven targets. It was such an impressive performance that he still made our team despite a drop.
LT Jake Matthews, Atlanta Falcons
Matthews didn’t allow a single pressure on 36 pass-blocking snaps against the Panthers this past weekend. It was the second time Matthews has done so this year, as he’s certainly lived up to his big-money extension.
LG Richie Incognito, Oakland Raiders
What Incognito has done at 36 years old after spending a year away from football is nothing short of incredible. He’s only allowed nine pressures all season long, including none against the Titans. He’s been the eighth-highest-graded guard in the NFL this year.
C Brandon Linder, Jacksonville Jaguars
The rest of the Jags may not have shown up, but Linder came to play against the Chargers. He didn’t allow a single pressure and earned his highest run-blocking grade of the season at 84.4.
RG Wyatt Teller, Cleveland Browns
The Browns' preseason addition of Teller has quietly paid off after he got thrust into a starting role in Week 9. The second-year guard has earned a 70.4 pass-blocking grade since then, and he didn’t allow a single pressure against the Bengals on Sunday.
RT Kaleb McGary, Atlanta Falcons
The Falcons bookend our tackle position after blowing out the Panthers this past weekend. It was by far the most encouraging performance of the season for the rookie right tackle, as he earned both his highest pass-blocking grade (80.2) and run-blocking grade (85.9) of his career.
Defense
DI Danny Shelton, New England Patriots
We expect Shelton to dominate against the run, but he makes the PFF Team of the Week on the back of one of the most impressive pass-rushing performances of his season. On only 11 pass-rushing snaps, Shelton registered three hurries.
DI Mike Daniels, Detroit Lions
It’s a shame that Daniels has battled injuries all season because the Lions could have used another difference-maker along their defensive line. Daniels registered six stops in the run game against the Vikings this past week and added three hurries to boot.
EDGE Vic Beasley Jr., Atlanta Falcons
Beasley earned his highest game grade since 2016. There may be no more head-scratching impending free agent, as his four pressures this weekend were his second-highest total of the year. He either disappears or dominates, with rarely an in-between.

EDGE Za’Darius Smith, Green Bay Packers
Few free-agent signings have been as impactful as Smith has been in Green Bay. He’s now up to 73 pressures on the year after only 61 last year. He had three against the Redskins Sunday, along with three run stops.
LB Darius Leonard, Indianapolis Colts
There wasn’t much that Leonard didn’t do against the Bucs. He picked off two passes, including a pick-six, and he collected a couple of stops in the run game. He also didn’t allow a single first down on eight targets in his coverage, and he only missed one tackle on 11 attempts.

LB Kevin Pierre-Louis, Chicago Bears
The Bears' backup linebackers have been exceeding all expectations so far this year. Pierre-Louis only allowed 12 yards on his five targets in the game. He has now earned 90.0-plus coverage grades in each of the two games in which he's played 20 or more snaps.
CB Tye Smith, Tennessee Titans
Smith put up an elite day in coverage in only his sixth career start. On six targets against the Raiders, he allowed only 38 yards for two first downs. He made two defensive stops, as well.
CB J.C. Jackson, New England Patriots
On three targets against the Chiefs, Jackson allowed two catches for 19 yards, with neither resulting in a first down. He also picked off a pass early in the first quarter as he tracked Demarcus Robinson across the field on a crossing route and undercut it beautifully. He’s allowed a passer rating of just 44.7 on the season.
S Quandre Diggs, Seattle Seahawks
Diggs picked off Jared Goff on back-to-back possessions to start the third quarter Sunday night, and he gave the Seahawks their first signs of life in the contest. It was his highest-graded game in a Seahawks uniform this season, and it now gives him three picks in four games with Seattle.

S Adrian Amos, Green Bay Packers
Yet another Packers free agent signing came up big this weekend. Amos had a pick and a pass breakup on the day, along with three total stops. He now has eight combined picks and pass breakups on the season.

Flex D Steven Parker, Miami Dolphins
It was a career day for the second-year former UDFA. He got the second pick of his career on a third-quarter pass from Sam Darnold, where Parker drove downhill on a crossing route from his deep-half position in Cover-2.
