Every Monday, we’ll bring you five key storylines borne out by PFF's grades and data. Here’s what stood out in Week 10.
QB Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys
PFF Grade: 92.2
It wasn’t quite the perfect game from the Cowboys signal-caller, but it was very close to it. He recorded two turnover-worthy plays across 37 dropbacks but also racked up six big-time throws, going 26-for-35 for 404 yards and four touchdowns. Those six big-time throws are the most of any quarterback this week.
TE Trey McBride, Arizona Cardinals
PFF Grade: 96.2
The return of Kyler Murray at quarterback saw another big performance from McBride at tight end. He saw nine targets in the game and has now seen 33 targets over the past four games. Against the Falcons, he averaged 4.68 yards per route run, picking up 131 yards from 28 snaps as a receiver, good for a 94.3 PFF receiving grade.
RB Jaylen Warren, Pittsburgh Steelers
PFF Grade: 76.1
The Steelers running back once again showed how good he is with the ball in his hands with another shifty performance against the Green Bay Packers. He turned 15 carries into 101 yards, with 69 of those yards coming after contact.
What was most impressive was his ability to make defenders miss. He forced nine missed tackles on those 15 carries, tied for the third most by a running back in any game this season. However, he dropped two passes as a receiver, which brought his overall grade down.
EDGE Nick Bosa, San Francisco 49ers
PFF Grade: 93.6
Bosa rushed the passer 27 times in the win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, registering four total pressures with a pair of sacks, a hit and a hurry. He also had three wins that didn’t result in pressure and posted a 24.1% pass-rush win rate and a 17.2% pressure rate on the day.
Bosa also forced a fumble and had a batted pass in an all-around great display from the PFF midseason All-Pro.
CB DaRon Bland, Dallas Cowboys
PFF Grade: 92.0
The Cowboys’ 2022 fifth-round pick out of Fresno State has impressed this season and put on another good performance in Dallas' dominant win over the New York Giants. Targeted just twice on 25 coverage snaps, Bland allowed just one reception for 4 yards. He hauled in an interception and recorded a defensive stop on his lone coverage tackle of the day.
