While Joe Burrow and Tua Tagovailoa were certainly worthy of the first and fifth overall picks, respectively, along with Jalen Hurts being a shrewd selection by the Eagles in Round 2, a handful of teams opted to use a draft pick on a quarterback when they could have instead signed Tyler Huntley in undrafted free agency.
And that was a mistake.
