With teams around the league wrapping up their first mandatory minicamps, let’s take a look at seven of the offseason’s personnel moves that will provide the biggest fantasy bump. With apologies to the Ezekiel Elliott fan club, I have excluded rookies from this piece (not that you need to hear from anyone else how Elliott is a RB1 before ever taking a pro snap). We’re counting down the seven moves that mean the most for fantasy, from least impact to most.

7) Chris Hogan a new toy for Tom Brady in New England
This one is tied largely to the health of 30-year-old slot receivers Julian Edelman and Danny Amendola, both of whom are recovering from surgeries. Then again, Chris Hogan (6’1, 220) has the makeup to play any receiver position. The Patriots lured the 27-year-old away from the rival Bills with a three-year, $12 million contract this offseason, and it’s Hogan’s versatility that is particularly appealing to coach Bill Belichick.
