With the league about to head to the quarter mark of the season, we’re back again to look at the Week 4 fantasy football values and bargain plays for DFS. This is the first week of 2019 where we are dealing with bye weeks, so finding value plays to bolster your rosters is incredibly important.

Quarterback

Matthew Stafford, Detroit Lions (vs. Kansas City)

FanDuel $6,900/DraftKings $5,500

Stafford comes at a very reasonable price this week. Stafford has a 97.5 passer rating and has racked up a 71.9 PFF passing grade. Kansas City can present a tough challenge in the passing game but Stafford, who is averaging 18.95 fantasy points per game on FanDuel and 20.3 on DraftKings, should provide a strong return on investment.

Kyle Allen, Carolina Panthers (@ Houston)

FanDuel $6,800/DraftKings $5,200

Allen produced a 144.4 passer rating in fill-in duty last week and received a passing grade of 86.5 here on PFF (overall grade of 86.6). This week, Allen faces the Texans and their 25th-ranked coverage on defense. Allen will eventually turn the reins back to Cam Newton, but for right now, he’s a great DFS candidate.
