College football is back for Week 10, and thanks to the availability of daily fantasy games, it’s better than ever! We’re here every week looking at some of the top college DFS plays on Draftkings. In case this is your first week playing, here’s an overview of what college football games look like on DraftKings:
Salary cap — $50,000
Lineup construction, QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, flex, superflex
Important notes: In flex spot one, we can play a running back or a wide receiver. In the superflex spot, we can use any player in the pool. If you’re looking for tight ends, they are all listed at wide receiver.
Here are some of my favorite plays for the Saturday noon main slate on DraftKings (10 games) in Week 10:
Quarterback
This is a great week to pay up at quarterback, as a few premier stat-padders have juicy matchups.
Dwayne Haskins, Ohio State, $9,800
Oh man. The Buckeyes are coming off a bye week after a surprise road loss to Purdue and draw 2-6 Nebraska, a team allowing 43.6 points per game on the road. The Cornhuskers have been shredded by the three best fantasy quarterbacks they’ve faced: Steven Montez, David Blough, and Clayton Thorson all hit the 300-yard DK bonus, and Montez and Thorson each threw three touchdowns as well. Haskins has thrown for over 400 yards in three straight games and has 11 touchdowns over the same period. Say a prayer for Nebraska’s defense.
Eric Dungey, Syracuse, $8,400
Dungey destroyed NC State last week with 411 passing yards and four total touchdowns. He could be in for an encore performance in Week 10, as he faces a Demon Deacons defense allowing almost 37 points and 287 passing yards per contest. Wake Forest allowed each of the past two quarterbacks it faced to hit the 300-yard DK bonus. The over/under in this game is 75.5, Dungey is going to get his chances.
