• Add Darrell Henderson: The new Rams starter can be in fantasy starting lineups the next three weeks while Kyren Williams remains on injured reserve.
• Cut Antonio Gibson: Gibson went from receiving the second-most carries among Washington Commanders running backs to having the third-most carries.
• Buy low on Calvin Ridley: Ridley disappointed fantasy managers on Thursday Night Football but that won’t necessarily keep happening down the stretch.

5 PLAYERS TO ADD
1. RB Darrell Henderson, Los Angeles Rams
Kyren Williams (ankle) and Ronnie Rivers (knee) landed on injured reserve last week.
- Zach Evans was the only other running back on the Rams’ roster last week, so many assumed he would be the starter for Week 7.
- The Rams signed Royce Freeman and Henderson from their own practice squad and Myles Gaskin from the Minnesota Vikings’ practice squad.
- Reports emerged before Sunday’s game that Henderson and Freeman would lead the way, allowing fantasy managers to pivot away from Evans.
- Henderson started the game and generally rotated by drive. Typically, Henderson took one or two plays during Freeman’s drives, which left Henderson with more playing time.
- Henderson ran 18 times for 61 yards and a touchdown, while Freeman ran 12 times for 66 yards.
- While Freeman ended up with more rushing yards, Henderson is the player to target off the waiver wire. He should lead the team in carries for the next three games until Williams returns.
2. RB Emari Demercado, Arizona Cardinals
