As we enter Week 16 of the fantasy football season, it’s that time of the week again when we scour the waiver wire for the top IDP prospects. If you’re reading the IDP waiver wire at this stage of the year, you’re in your league final or in a Week 17 final league. If it’s the latter and are up for some unsolicited advice, get your league GM to change that quirk ASAP!

Defensive linemen

Sam Hubbard, Cincinnati Bengals

I’m going to stick with Hubbard as a player to target at the defensive line position this week. A decent fantasy haul last week against Raiders saw Hubbard net two sacks, a forced fumble, and two tackles (one for loss), and he played so well he earned the top grade of any defender (min. five snaps) from our analysts in Week 15. He also lined up on offense for a further three snaps (again as the fullback) and was even targeted on one red-zone pass play. Clearly in rich vein of form, Hubbard is generating pressure and getting sporadic looks in goal-line packages, which is a highly appealing to any fantasy owners looking for a D-lineman.
