We’ve been counting down the NFL teams in terms of what they offer fantasy players, and today’s we’re unveiling the best of the best with teams Nos. 4-1. All of these teams are stacked with elite fantasy players.
These rankings are based on our own 2016 player projections. The series assumes a 12-team PPR league with a starting lineup of one quarterback, two running backs, two wide receivers, one tight end and one flex position. Kickers and D/STs are not accounted for.

No. 4: Arizona Cardinals
The Arizona Cardinals check in at No. 4 on the power rankings. They were No. 14 in 2015 and No. 17 in 2014.
Arizona offers fantasy owners 38 percent more value than the average NFL team. They have the No. 8 quarterback, the No. 6 group of fantasy receivers and the No. 3 fantasy backfield, but they offer no fantasy value at the tight end position.
Carson Palmer finished last season as a top-five fantasy quarterback, and we expect him to finish in a similar position this season. Palmer led all quarterbacks last year with 2,861 air yards (accounting for drops). With the weapons at his disposal — and a strong rushing attack behind him — it’s fair to expect a similar performance from Palmer in 2016.
