We’re breaking into the top half of the 2016 fantasy football power rankings with teams Nos. 16-13. One of the teams on today’s list is powered solely by superstars, while the other three teams are (mostly) powered by mid-tier fantasy options.
These rankings are based on our own 2016 player projections. The series assumes a 12-team PPR league with a starting lineup of one quarterback, two running backs, two wide receivers, one tight end and one flex position. Kickers and D/STs are not accounted for.

No. 16: Indianapolis Colts
Led by Andrew Luck, the Indianapolis Colts check in at No. 16 on the power rankings. The Colts ranked 13th last season and were No. 23 heading into 2014.
The Colts offer fantasy owners 4 percent less value than the average NFL team. They rank fifth at quarterback and 11th at wide receiver, but they have the least valuable backfield from a fantasy perspective (32nd). They also have just the No. 17 group of tight ends.
