Week 12 of the fantasy football season represents the great divide between the contenders and the pretenders. The start/sit decisions made this week will be crucial to whether the championship run starts or the dreams of hoisting the trophy fade into oblivion.
Injuries continue to ravage fantasy lineups (get well soon, Christian McCaffrey), but the fact that there are no bye weeks has us scratching our heads because all options are in play. I'm here to be your guide through weekly sit/start questions across traditional 10- and 12-team leagues, along with deeper formats.
So, without further ado, get ready for the 12th edition of the 2020 PFF fantasy football start ‘em or sit ‘em.
P.S. If you have any questions about any Pittsburgh Steelers or Baltimore Ravens, get the advice here.
QUARTERBACKS
START: DEREK CARR, LAS VEGAS RAIDERS
Derek Carr came out of his shell last Sunday night, throwing for 275 yards and three touchdowns after only managing a trio of scores in his previous three games combined. Since Week 4, Carr owns the second-highest PFF passing grade (87.0) behind only Deshaun Watson, so fantasy managers should be extremely confident sliding him in against the Atlanta Falcons.
