Player prop bets are a great opportunity to start dabbling in the world of sports betting, especially if you’re someone who has played fantasy football. The transition is relatively easy because unlike picking games, you’re still evaluating individual player performance.

When it comes to player props, determining which bet to make can seem daunting. There are so many things to pick from, so how do you know what bets are good bets? That’s where we’re here to help. Each week, we take the player prop lines from BetMGM and break down the best props on the board. We do so by comparing the line to our projections here at PFF. Bets are listed by quality with five stars as the best bets.

Keep in mind that only playing these bets isn’t a strategy for long-term success. You’ll also need to do some work on your own to identify the best plays of the week. That said, this list will get you off to a good start.

Last week’s results: 12 wins, 6 losses (66.7%)
2019 results: 96 wins, 60 losses (61.5%)

Adrian Peterson, Rushing Yards 74.5 (-154) — UNDER ★★★★★

Sure, the Eagles ran all over Buffalo last week, but this line screams under and is one of the best bets on the board this weekend.

Robby Anderson, Receiving Yards 44.5 (-118) — OVER ★★★★

The Jets have struggled on the offense side of the ball, but Miami has a way of making offenses look good. Our projections have Anderson clearing the over by a healthy margin at 56.1 receiving yards.
