Week 9 of the 2021 fantasy football season is around the corner, and this week’s waiver wire options are strong at all positions. Fantasy managers should expect to spend the majority of their FAB on potential starters such as New York Jets RB Michael Carter and Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker.
