As usual, these are my weekly .5-PPR Superflex rankings to assist with start/sit decisions in what can often be complicated league formats. The key to winning Superflex matchups is to understand the range of outcomes with weekly projections.
We will examine these players using tiers. For example, any player in Tier 2 should be started over a player in Tier 3. Within any tier, these choices are going to be a matter of preference.
Since the quarterback pool is limited to essentially 32 starters per week, we will be breaking down the top 100 Superflex options each week.

These are your studs. The only non-quarterback who stands to be projected in this range is Derrick Henry. However, Henry has pretty much been scoring like a quarterback, so we’re giving him the respect he deserves here.
Trey Lance sneaks his way into the top seven spots among his passing peers. In just one half of football, he amassed 20.4 fantasy points against the Seattle Seahawks. He will likely be a hot waiver addition this week. As of now, it sounds like Jimmy Garoppolo will miss a few weeks with a calf injury. Lance has an opportunity to get a full week of practice as the starter and will face off with the Arizona Cardinals — a game that should be a high-scoring affair.
Don’t look now, but noted rushing quarterback Jalen Hurts has two games in a row with at least 326 passing yards and two touchdowns. On top of that, his ground game is still consistent and provides a great floor while his passing begins to unlock his true upside.
