Quarterback
Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers (Rostered in 39.6% of leagues on ESPN)
Love completed 14 of his 25 pass attempts for 151 yards and three touchdowns against the Atlanta Falcons.
- He’s not even in the top 20 in passing yards this season but is tied for the league lead in passing touchdowns (six).
- He still hasn’t played with his top wide receiver, Christian Watson. His second wide receiver, Romeo Doubs, has been playing a partial role due to injury.
- This past week, Love was also without running back Aaron Jones, left tackle David Bakhtiari and, for most of the game, left guard Elgton Jenkins — all former Pro Bowlers.
- Love and the Packers’ offense should play a lot better once everyone is healthy.
Sam Howell, Washington Commanders (9.5%)
Howell put together the best game of his NFL career, completing 27 of his 39 pass attempts for 299 yards and two touchdowns.
- He ranks among the top 10 quarterbacks in passing yards this season (501).
- Howell is still early in his first year with a new offensive coordinator but should have a lot of upside, considering he has Terry McLaurin and Jahan Dotson at wide receiver.
- He’s the best option among quarterbacks who are available in more than 90% of ESPN leagues.
