Week 10 of the fantasy football season is here, as are my weekly .5-PPR superflex rankings to assist with start/sit decisions in what can often be complicated league formats. The key to winning superflex matchups is to understand the range of outcomes with weekly projections.
We will examine these players using tiers. For example, any player in Tier 2 should be started over a player in Tier 3. Within any tier, these choices are going to be a matter of preference.

Since the quarterback pool is limited to essentially 32 starters per week, we will be breaking down the top-100 superflex options each week. Let’s get to it!
As a reminder, there are four teams on bye this week: Chicago Bears, Cincinnati Bengals, Houston Texans and New York Giants.

While Patrick Mahomes‘ projected points might look out of place, his ranking will suffer until morale — or at least his play — improves. Last week against the Green Bay Packers, he managed just 166 passing yards and one touchdown. This marks a new career low for Mahomes in games not truncated by injury. Mahomes will likely rebound, but we need to see a little life to earn back his upper echelon rank.
Dr. Steve Shin, who performed the finger surgery Seahawks’ QB Russell Wilson in October, officially cleared him today to play Sunday at Green Bay, per source. Wilson is back.

It sounds like Russell Wilson will make his return to play this week. He had the pin removed from his hand heading into the bye week, so the extra rest before a week of practice seems to be enough. If he does return, Wilson faces an uphill battle against a Packers defense that just stymied Mahomes. He earns a tentative low-Tier 1 ranking, but most other elite quarterbacks deserve a spot above him.
