Quarterbacks
Chalk: Ryan Fitzpatrick ($7,600). Fitzpatrick has played four full games this year. He has four passing touchdowns in three of those games and over 400 yards in three of those games. He’s hitting his ceiling every week, and the Redskins rank in the bottom 10 in fantasy points given up the quarterbacks.
Chalk: Philip Rivers ($8,200). Rivers is the obvious cash-game quarterback of the week, but he makes for a solid GPP option as well against a Raiders squad that has given up three passing touchdowns in each of its last three games.
