The goal of this weekly DFS tournament picks article is to identify at least one player each week who is in the winning DraftKings Milly Maker lineup at less than 15% ownership. Last week, we connected on Brandon Aiyuk, who went bonkers in garbage time, while correlating it with the D.K. Metcalf eruption. Ka-ching!
We are seeing smash performances every week out of multiple players in the same game. It is critical to build your tournament lineups with this thought in mind. If Aiyuk is going to have a strong game, then it is highly likely that a Seahawks wide receiver is racking up fantasy points to force San Francisco into a passing game script.
With that in mind, here are Week 9 DFS tournament picks.
WR Jerry Jeudy, Denver Broncos (6% PROJECTED OWNERSHIP)
The Broncos had a miraculous comeback win over the Los Angeles Chargers last week, but Jerry Jeudy's emergence is flying under the radar. He had a career-high 10 targets with true alpha WR1 usage — 29% target share and 48% air-yard share. Jeudy’s 4-73-0 receiving line is nothing special, but those 73 yards were also a career-high and could be a sign that he is ready to break out.
