The goal of this weekly DFS tournament picks article is to identify at least one player each week who is in the winning DraftKings Milly Maker lineup at less than 15% ownership. Last week, we connected on Chase Claypool, who balls out seemingly every week.
Antonio Gibson was a major letdown, as Washington surprisingly found itself chasing points in a loss to the Giants. However, the process was spot on with the idea of fading a chalky David Montgomery (who has zero fantasy ceiling) with the goal of guessing ahead on a rookie running back breakout. As it turns out, the correct answer was D’Andre Swift. That is GPP life in a nutshell.
Here are the DFS tournament picks for Week 7.
WR Will Fuller, Houston Texans (9% projected ownership)
Bask in the glory of Will Fuller WR1 szn. He is currently the overall PPR WR12 and is coming off an alpha game with a 30% target share and a 54% air-yard share. The wide receiver position is stacked on the main slate this week, which should temper Fuller’s ownership despite the fantasy community’s excitement about his breakout. Fuller is priced up at $6,800 (ninth-highest among wide receivers).
