Week 14 Daily fantasy picks: Values and bargain plays

We are back for Week 14 with value and bargain plays for your DFS lineups. With the bye weeks over and Thanksgiving behind us, we have 13 games on the main slate this week so there is no shortage of options.

To be frank, last weekend was a huge swing and a miss. The WR/CB matchup chart gave us hits on DeVante Parker (again) and Allen Lazard, and we were in on Daren Waller. Austin Ekeler managed to put up double-digit points, but he was only RB18 in PPR formats. Outside of that, we are best to just metaphorically bury the game ball and move on to Week 14, and that’s what I intend to do. Let’s get on with it.

Quarterback

Deshaun Watson, Houston Texans (vs. DEN)

(FanDuel $7,700/DraftKings $6,500)

We have the Broncos with the eighth-best-graded pass coverage unit, which is why the QB2 in fantasy comes at an affordable price this weekend. Watson put up nearly 30 points last weekend against the highest-graded pass defense, so I’m betting on him at this price.

Ryan Tannehill, Tennessee Titans (@ OAK)

(FanDuel $7,300/DraftKings $5,800)

Tannehill was a whiff fantasy-wise for this column last weekend. Still, despite just 13 fantasy points, he played well, completing 77.3% of his passes and threw two touchdowns and did not throw a pick. Even with a low fantasy output last weekend, Tannehill is QB6 since he took over as the starter in Week 7. The Raiders 25th-graded pass coverage unit will provide another favorable opportunity for Tannehill to play well.
