It’s Week 12 and we are back with our fantasy football values and bargain plays for the DFS main slate. Last week was a real boom-or-bust week for this column. The big hits were Josh Allen, Courtland Sutton, and Jamison Crowder, but the running back and tight end positions were a real miss.

This week comes bearing an 11-game main slate, so we have options at our disposal to find some values and bargains. Let’s get back on track at the running back and tight end position and deliver in Week 12.

Quarterback

Jameis Winston, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (@ ATL)

(FanDuel $7,600/DraftKings $6,200)

Winston has been the sixth-best fantasy quarterback over the last four games, averaging 20-plus points a week. In that stretch, he has amassed 1,307 yards and eight touchdowns, which have sustained him in fantasy despite throwing eight interceptions. With a trip to Atlanta this weekend to face PFF’s 26th-graded coverage unit, Winston is in line for another strong showing.

Derek Carr, Oakland Raiders (@ NYJ)

(FanDuel $7,400/DraftKings $6,100)

Carr is the eighth-best quarterback over the past four weeks and he comes in at a slightly more affordable price than Winston. In this four-game stretch, Carr has totaled 1,084 passing yards while posting a 7:1 TD:interception ratio. We have the Jets coverage unit graded as the 15th-best, meaning there will be an opportunity for Carr to continue his reliable stretch of play.
