With Super Bowl 55 just a few days away, many fantasy football dynasty players are already planning ahead for the 2021 campaign, deciding which roster moves will put them in the best position to field a championship-caliber team. One major way we can improve our fantasy rosters is through trades, so I’ve been compiling a list of the best buy, sell and hold IDP candidates for every team in the NFL.
While there are always going to be extenuating circumstances when it comes to trades (contract leagues, multi-player deals, offers too good to pass up, etc.), these are some names to consider for IDP on every NFL team, continuing with the NFC East.

DALLAS COWBOYS
BUY: DE Demarcus Lawrence
It was a slow start to the season for Demarcus Lawrence in Dallas, as Aldon Smith was stealing all the thunder for the Cowboys’ pass rush. But after that was out of the way, Lawrence went right back to his dominant self. He just needed a matchup with the Giants in Week 5 to get going again, posting one of the highest single-game pass-rush grades of his career (93.6) after putting up nine pressures and a sack.
Demarcus Lawrence | Pass-rush attempts | Sacks | Pressures |
Weeks 1-4 | 83 (6th on DAL) | 0 | 8 (T-3 on DAL) |
Week 5-17 | 311 (2nd) | 6.5 (1st) | 39 (1st) |
Lawrence will be 29 years old by the time the season begins, but he’s still a strong option to target in IDP. His perceived value appears to be low, partly because of his age but also because he didn't have a multi-sack performance or a massive fantasy output in 2020. For that reason, you may be able to acquire him for fairly cheap. I’ve already seen Lawrence included as essentially an add-on in larger deals, which could also be a nice way to buy the Cowboys’ top edge rusher.
