In 2016:
- Detroit’s current WR group ranked near the bottom of the NFC.
- The group featured Marvin Jones, who earned a 75.1 overall grade, 45th in the NFL, and Golden Tate, whose 73.6 ranked 57th.
- The Lions need to replace lost production from the slot, with Anquan Boldin still unsigned. Last year, Boldin (70.3 overall grade) played 830 snaps and caught 67 passes. Matthew Stafford had a QB rating of 114.0 when targeting him, which ranked 15th in the NFL.
