What he does best:
–Some shiftiness after the catch. Five broken tackles on the season. Utilized in Iowa’s offense on flat-routes and catch-and-run situations.
–Excelled on option routes underneath. Knows how to set linebackers up with the stems of his routes and create space on ins/outs.
Biggest concern:
–Lacks height for the position and was often overmatched when blocking along the line of scrimmage. One of lower run blocking grades in the class.
–Below-average athlete with little production working down the field.
–Only one year as a full-timer at Iowa. 220 snaps as a junior.
Player comparison:
Garrett Graham, Houston Texans. Undersized guys with ball skill, but little else to get excited about in either’s game.
Bottom line:
With limited size and athleticism and a poor run-blocking profile, Krieger-Coble will be fighting for a roster spot.
