Many 2022 NFL Draft prospects come from vastly different offenses or defenses, were asked to do different things and played on teams with varying skill levels. So, how do we go about evaluating them with data?
One such way is through clustering, specifically k-means clustering. This process allows us to group together similar players and learn about their strengths and weaknesses by comparison. We did exactly that for every position group in the 2022 NFL Draft.
