PFF'S KEY TAKEAWAYS/QUOTES
.@PFF_Eric wrote an article about how Andrew Thomas projects to the NFL and found his pass-pro (assuming he tests well) comps to Laremy Tunsil and David Bakhtiari.
Asked Thomas if he thinks those are fair comps and he said “Absolutely… I’m working hard to get to that level.”
— Anthony Treash (@PFF_Anthony) February 26, 2020
Tyler Biadasz played all 2,861 of his collegiate snaps at center, but has stressed numerous times he’s versatile and comfortable playing anywhere on the interior.
He’s the fifth best interior offensive lineman in this class in @PFF’s eyes.
— Anthony Treash (@PFF_Anthony) February 26, 2020
6-foot-7, 364-pound Mekhi Becton:
“I swear I’m the most dominant tackle in this class.”
— Anthony Treash (@PFF_Anthony) February 26, 2020
Auburn's Marlon Davidson bulking all the way to 303 pounds shows he’s buying into an interior defensive line role at the next level, which really does elevate his stock.
If he tests well with the added weight, he's going up boards. ????
— Austin Gayle (@PFF_AustinGayle) February 26, 2020
Derrick Brown (6'4″, 326) and Javon Kinlaw (6'5″, 324) are massive. Both players have great size/length.
— Austin Gayle (@PFF_AustinGayle) February 26, 2020
LSU’s Damien Lewis mentioned his nastiness a handful of times in his interview, really does see it as a big strength.
He says the game is personal, need to really beat the guy in front of you. pic.twitter.com/peoahIhgox
— Austin Gayle (@PFF_AustinGayle) February 26, 2020
Ohio State’s Jonah Jackson on his strengths:
“Being nasty, being a prick.”
— Austin Gayle (@PFF_AustinGayle) February 26, 2020
Netane Muti, a first-round talent on @PFF’s board, will not participate in the athletic drills this week.
He said he’s 90% healthy right now and doesn’t want to show teams anything less than 100%.
— Austin Gayle (@PFF_AustinGayle) February 26, 2020
“Over my career, I’ve seen a lot guys make business decisions.”
Utah’s Zach Moss likes to make people miss punishing fashion. pic.twitter.com/w5ZRe16oce
— Austin Gayle (@PFF_AustinGayle) February 26, 2020
Sean McVay on former PFF analyst and current Rams assistant WRs coach Zac Robinson:
“Zac is a rising star in this profession.” pic.twitter.com/Fn1EdBvrBv

Every top tackle prospect ticked the arm length box with flying colors. There’s a clear top tier:
Georgia’s Andrew Thomas
Alabama’s Jedrick Wills Jr
Houston’s Josh Jones
Iowa’s Tristan Wirfs
Louisville’s Mekhi BectonIf you need OT help you better draft one early round 1
— Mike Renner (@PFF_Mike) February 25, 2020
Joe Burrow put any rumors of him not wanting to go to the Bengals to rest. Says he wants to be the first pick and “be able to go home for dinner” with Cincy so close to his hometown
— Mike Renner (@PFF_Mike) February 25, 2020
Arkansas TE CJ O’Grady said a missed workout led to him getting kicked off Arkansas this past season. Was open that he screwed up and adamant he’s learned from it.
He’s got Day 2 talent but a lot of red flags
— Mike Renner (@PFF_Mike) February 25, 2020
Jalen Reagor really hammered home that his versatility is a big strength, said he has experience playing outside, slot, RB and QB dating back to the high school — he's eyeing a much more versatile role in the NFL than his at TCU.
— Austin Gayle (@PFF_AustinGayle) February 25, 2020
Tennessee’s Jauan Jennings knows he isn’t a track star, says he’s his best forcing missed tackles and running after the catch — just get him the ball.
— Austin Gayle (@PFF_AustinGayle) February 25, 2020
Andrew Thomas with an early win in Indy, measures in with 36” arms.
— Austin Gayle (@PFF_AustinGayle) February 25, 2020
Penn State’s KJ Hamler on what makes him stand out in this class:
“I’m a dog. That’s just point, blank, period.”
Dude has a legit presence, commands a room.
— Austin Gayle (@PFF_AustinGayle) February 25, 2020
TCU's Jalen Reagor getting up to 206 pounds at 5-foot-10 is impressive, will be even better when he runs in the 4.3s.
Also, Hunter Bryant bulking up to 248 pounds at 6-foot-2 is also absurd. If he tests well at that size, look out.
— Austin Gayle (@PFF_AustinGayle) February 24, 2020
Arizona State WR Brandon Aiyuk is 5-11 and has a wingspan 2″ longer than the 6-5 Collin Johnson. Freaky build
— Mike Renner (@PFF_Mike) February 24, 2020
Colorado WR Laviska Shenault Jr. checking in at 227 pounds gives him darn near the same body type as A.J. Brown last year. Both YAC monsters
— Mike Renner (@PFF_Mike) February 24, 2020
I’ve been floating out Claypool switching to TE for a while…those are TE measurables https://t.co/3qhCESxnXX
— Mike Renner (@PFF_Mike) February 24, 2020
PFF's TE1. Looked like a WR at Washington both size-wise and athletically
He's got TE size now…hopefully he kept the WR athleticism https://t.co/HReM5TQyfX
