2020 NFL Draft: The upside and downside of Alabama WR Henry Ruggs III

Henry Ruggs III is fast becoming one of the most interesting prospects in this year’s draft. Any time a receiver clocks a sub-4.3 forty time, it sets pulses racing, but even in an all-time great receiver draft, his stock seems to be skyrocketing as the days go by.

His odds to be the first receiver off the board have recently been slashed, and he has been going as high as No. 4 to the Giants in PFF’s analytics mock drafts, but are we in danger of letting hype outpace reality when it comes to Ruggs?

To tease out this question, we pair one of PFF’s data scientists and creators of the analytics mock, Eric Eager, with one of our lead analysts, Sam Monson, to argue it out.
