Hampton handled 26 carries against Appalachian State, racking up 233 yards. He averaged 4.46 yards after contact per carry and forced five missed tackles in the game.

Defensive Player of the Week: DI Mason Graham, Michigan

Graham was dominant as a run defender against UNLV, with a tackle resulting in a defensive stop on three of his 11 snaps against the run. He added a quarterback hurry, taking him to five total pressures through two weeks.

Offensive Line of the Week: USC

The USC offensive line allowed just one pressure, with that coming from reserve left guard Micah Banuelos. All five starters provided clean pockets for quarterback Caleb Williams, with the team also averaging 6.7 yards per carry in the running game.
