The Chicago Bears and Los Angeles Chargers are both dealing with quarterback injuries.

Justin Fields is out with a dislocated thumb, so backup Tyson Bagent gets his second start after helping Chicago put up 30 points against the Raiders.

Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert broke a finger on his throwing hand a few weeks ago and has struggled ever since, going under his passing total against the Cowboys and Chiefs in back-to-back losses. This is an easier assignment, however, and Herbert appears to be getting healthier.

Under 46.5 (-110 generally available) & Tyson Bagent Under 199.5 Passing Yards (-103 Caesars)

This is a lot of points to cover for a quarterback making his second NFL start and a quarterback playing with a broken finger.

Tyson Bagent passed for just 5.6 yards per attempt in his debut last week against the Raiders with an average depth of target of 2.5 yards, so Chicago likely won't be looking to make plays down the field. The Bears earned themselves good field position with multiple interceptions, and their running backs posted 150 yards for two touchdowns with Bagent throwing just 29 times. We can expect more of the same this week.

Roschon Johnson returns to bolster the run game, and D’Onta Foreman will continue to take a big workload after falling just shy of 100 yards in his first start for the Bears last week.

The Bears' defensive vulnerability is their coverage unit, but their run-defense unit has been fairly solid to this point in the season. The Chargers, meanwhile, have struggled to produce on the ground, with Austin Ekeler managing just 3.2 yards per carry against the Chiefs and an even lower 1.9 yards per carry against the Cowboys.

With Justin Herbert’s health still a lingering concern and a run game that is failing to help the team move the ball efficiently, consistent offense could be hard to come by for not only the Chargers but both teams. Despite putting up more than 250 passing yards against the Chiefs last week, Herbert was barely over 200 yards for the game before a two-minute drill drive.
